STACEY TEMPLETON KAPLAN
Owner since 1996
Fashion has been a passion since I was a young girl. The women in my family had a keen sense of style which played a part in my fashion interest. When I was 21, I was hired at a little resale shop in San Anselmo. Ten years later after graduating from SFSU in Clothing and Textiles, I opened my first boutique in San Rafael. I married and raised three kids and now I’m onto another dream of growing a larger retail company with the Bella ladies and my amazing (Bella builder) husband Brian. Since opening my first boutique in 1996 I had a dream of having many locations. All these years later it has become a reality! And now we have a new location opening in Petaluma. TIPHANIE SCHIFF
Operation Manager and Co-Manager of Bella Novato
Born and raised in Northern California, I graduated from UCSB and then headed to Utah, where I earned my master's in speech-language pathology. I planted roots in the Bay Area, owning and nurturing a thriving multi-office pediatric practice for over 25 years. An unexpected twist led me to Bella, where my business operational skills found harmony with my passion for fashion. Beyond work, you'll find me cooking, finding serenity in yoga, conquering trails, hosting gatherings, traveling, and infusing life with creativity. Now that our two sons are in college, my husband and I find our house quiet but not empty. I am looking forward to connecting with you at Bella and helping you look and feel your best! KRISTINA BUER
District Manager
Kristina is a Marin local who is married with three kids. She enjoys spending her free time hiking, coaching, watching soccer, and relaxing with friends over a glass of wine.
After graduating from USD she was hired as a store manager for Victoria’s Secret where she discovered her talent and love for retail.
She has a passion for clothes (especially dresses), loves growing stores and is great at building relationships with customers.
Kristina now feels she has found a permanent home with Bella.

TABITHA DAVIDSON
Social Media and Visuals
Tabitha has always had a passion for fashion. She grew up in La Jolla and after graduating from UC Boulder, she went to Aspen where her fashion career began at Gap, Inc in visual merchandising and later a division of Gymboree. Tabitha has always been a customer of Bella and a few years ago started helping with Instagram. Now five stores later she has her hands in the social media, visual merchandising, marketing, sales and buying! "I truly enjoy the opportunity to be creative! Whether it's putting an outfit together for a photo or for a customer Bella is my happy place!" Tabitha is now an empty nester with two boys working and in college. If you see Tabitha she is usually out hiking the hills of Marin, dressed to the nines at Bella or sipping wine with friends!

I grew up in Orange County and attended Long Beach State. My husband and I moved up to Novato 30 years ago and were thankful to raise our two boys here. We are now empty nesters which has been surprisingly fun. I am enjoying traveling, hiking and spending more time with friends. I’ve been working at Bella for four years now, and it’s been an amazing experience. I have always loved fashion and always wanted to be part of this world. Now I get to play with clothes and work with amazing ladies. I love inspiring women to look and feel beautiful when they visit Bella. I’ve learned so much about running a business, fashion, and teamwork. I am excited for our future as a company of dynamic women!

Hello, I’m Victoria (AKA V in Bella land). I was born and raised in Marin. I love spending time with friends and family. I am married with 3 kids… Niko, Anja, and my amazing stepson Trystin. They are the center of my world! I love staying active, cooking and traveling! I love fashion, new experiences, and having FUN! At Bella I mostly love helping women feel their best in the clothes they wear and pushing the boundaries when it comes to clothing and style. I love making women feel special when they walk in the door, as if they’re shopping with a girlfriend. I look forward to making your next shopping experience special.
MARITZA LIZARRAGA

I had a typical SF upbringing exploring Golden Gate Park, going to museums, and hanging out at Playland next to Ocean Beach.
I have two kids that always inspire me. My son is attending college in NYC and following his dream of becoming an actor, and my daughter lives in Madrid perfecting her Spanish while she studies for the GRE.
Bella is a great match for me. I have always loved fashion and I’m inspired by positive thinkers and (especially) smart, visionary women. Connecting with Stacey checked all my boxes.
Outside of my love for fashion, I enjoy traveling (anywhere), live theatre, concerts, hiking, reading, meditating, and watching my son on stage. And, of course, having Bella as my closet!

My name is Cléa and I was born and raised in Marin County. I went to Bacich, Kent, and Redwood, and played softball and basketball for over 10 years. I was raised as an only child in a multi-cultural home, and often pull from my French-Italian roots when pursuing one of my biggest passions, cooking. I also love to write, and was able to develop my skill as a section editor for the Sonoma State Star while pursuing a Communications degree.
I love Bella because it gives me the opportunity to work with all our beautiful customers and help them feel and look even more amazing than when they came in. I truly enjoy getting to know each and every one of our Bella beauties…learning about their lives, styles, likes and dislikes.

CAMERON SYLLA
My mission at Bella is to create an outstanding personal shopping experience in which we can connect, have fun, and find an outfit that truly sparks joy! I am a Marin County native and graduated from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, OR. In my free time you'll find me playing guitar, hiking or reading the latest NYT bestseller! I float between the different Bella locations, and love figuring out what will make your style unique. See you soon!
TANA INSKEEP
Born and raised in Houston TX! I've got the Tex Mex spice flowing in my veins and when I get excited don't be surprised to hear a ya'll (an acceptable pronoun) come flowin' from my mouth. Married to my college sweetheart and have 4 amazing kiddos who keep my life filled with chaos and coffee. I love games (Settlers of Catan) anyone? I enjoy date nights, watching my kids' soccer and basketball games. At Bella, we're all about heart-to-heart connections. Our clothes are drop dead gorgeous, but it's the confidence they ignite that sets hearts aflutter. My favorite thing about working with the Bella Team is the transformation from the inside out I see in women have after I get to spend time with them personal shopping! It's the BEST!!

I have met most of my friendships through retail jobs I’ve had! I love working out, socializing, regular shopping (at Bella), farmer's markets, having parties, and helping family and friends.
I love to research and learn about good food and health. I have always been in love with fashion and dressing up since I was a little girl. Now, I’m almost a half-century young and still love it and look forward to my next outfit with matching makeup, jewelry, and shoes of course! KYLIE SAKAMOTO
I am originally from Marin and graduated from Cal Poly before moving back to the Bay Area. I love spending time with friends checking out live music and concerts, or trying new restaurants and bars in the city. I enjoy spending time outdoors on sunny days and working out doing pilates or going on hikes. I am passionate about traveling and I enjoy smaller weekend trips camping, or longer trips going abroad. I have always had a love for fashion and working with clothes and experimenting with different styles and silhouettes. I’m working towards a career in the fashion industry in PR and marketing. I love working at Bella and interacting face to face with our customers, helping them find their personal style!

Hi, I'm Trish. I am a Marin native. Now that I am a empty nester In my spare time you will most likely find me at the barre studio, walking my 2 mini Australian Shepherds drinking a latte or selling real estate.
I have always loved fashion even from the time I was a young girl dressing up my Barbie's.
I couldn't be happier being part of Bella and the Bella community helping other women find their perfect looks!!
SOPHIA STRAND
I was born and raised in Sonoma. I have a love for music, clothes, and people. I taught myself how to play eight instruments, however my favorite musical activity is singing. I also love hiking, going to concerts, and meeting new people. The most rewarding part of finding the perfect fashion for customers is watching their confidence skyrocket when ideal outfits are put together! I am looking forward to personal shopping for the Petaluma customers in our NEW location!
