Return & Exchange Policy
We hope that you will be happy with the items you order from bellamarin.com but if for some reason the item does not work, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges on merchandise with tags still attached and with a copy of your receipt within 15 days from the date of delivery for full refund*.
Please note, we CANNOT accept any returned merchandise that has been worn, altered, washed, or that smells of smoke or perfume. We reserve the right to deny returns on any items that do not fit these qualifications. In addition, all shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
All lingerie is FINAL sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
All sale merchandise is final. Sorry, no exceptions.
If you wish to make a return, send an email immediately to noting your invoice number, and explaining which item(s) you'd like to return as well as the reason. We will email you back promptly with an RA (Return Authorization) number. As soon as you have this RA number, ship back your unwanted items WITHIN 15 DAYS of the day you received them to:

* Holiday Returns: Through December 25th, we will extend our standard return policy timeline for items purchased as GIFTS as long as they make their way back to Bella by January 5th.
Please write your RA number clearly on the outside of the box for our reference. Please also include a copy of your original receipt with the item(s) you'd like to return clearly circled and noted for us regarding reason for return. Send back your items using an insured shipper, as we are not responsible for packages that we do not ship ourselves. Refunds will be credited back to the same credit card you used to make your purchase within five days of the date in which we receive the return.
If you'd like to exchange an item for another size or color, please send us as soon as possible via email at so we can hold the replacement for you until your return makes it way back to us.
Please also note, all of our shipments are checked twice before we send them to you to ensure that the correct styles, sizes, and colors are shipped to you. Please inspect your items carefully upon receiving them.
All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer for orders under $150. No CODS. Please allow 3-5 business days (excluding Federal holidays) for orders to be processed and shipped. All shipments will be made through UPS Ground, unless otherwise requested. We are not responsible for any damages caused to the box while in transit.

If you need your purchase sooner than a UPS Ground shipment will get them to you, call us at 415-457-1066 to arrange a next day or 2-day shipment. You will be responsible for the shipping payment, and we warn you rushed delivery can be very costly.
